This boutique, 100-villa hideaway located on the beautiful North Malé Atoll promises a travel experience that will soothe away the turbulence of the year just past. With a central design theme based on the traditional Maldivian drum, which symbolises the circle of island life, and lines by Kerry Hill Architects, the resort, a 10-minute seaplane (or 45-minute speed boat trip) from the real world, will also be one of the island nation’s most eco-friendly.
